Bashley FC are pleased to announce that their charity for this season is Amelia’s Rainbow. Amelia’s Rainbow is a local charity who provide grants to children with serious, life-limiting or terminal illnesses.
Thanks to the charity’s supporters Amelia’s Rainbow help over 100 families a year. The aim is to create environments of fun, achievement and memories for each family. This is achieved through providing grants for activities, holidays and equipment that enrich the lives of children who need the support. The charity is now in its ninth year and proud to be helping more families than ever before.
After asking the club’s members and executive board, Amelia’s Rainbow was the overwhelming choice and we are looking forward to raising awareness and funds for the charity over the course of the season.
Amelia’s Rainbow have a holiday home situated 3 miles away from Bashley which allows families a free holiday to explore the surrounding areas and create lasting memories. We hope to welcome some of the families to Bashley Road during the season.
